Rhythm Tykes

 

Rhythm Tykes at Tangled Tones is Temporarily on Hold until Tangled Tones Studio has an appropriate space to hold the class. Matthew is holding a special Rhythm Tykes class as part of the Montana Suzuki Institute Summer Camp – June 15th-22nd, 2019. Click on enrichment and look for Rhythm Tykes.

Cost:  $50.00/ child for 4 weeks – payment includes access to the online Rhythm Tykes Activity Page –  page includes, mp3 links, activities and more.

Ages: 1-5

To Register: To register online click here: Rhythm Tykes Registration Form,  fill out the form and submit to Matthew Nord at Tangled Tones Music Studio with payment for class. Mail payment to 1610 Bel Vue Drive Missoula, MT – 59801. You can also pay over the phone.

Curriculum is always changing and evolving centered around ages and interests involved in the program. Each session usually involves one or two themes and a focus area of development.

Class Overview–

An enjoyable musical experience for both parent and child in a relaxed learning environment. Children will experience:

ear music Learn to listen – Identify and imitate what you hear.

rhythm and movement We learn best by doing!!! Participate in games and simple exercises learning the basics of rhythm. Children will get to play various rhythm instruments in this section.

singing and acting Expression – Learn new twists to old songs and how to dramatize and create new songs.

 

Come Sing Dance and Shake It Up!

Matthew is the owner of Tangled Tones Music Studio and currently teaches piano, guitar, and harmonica privately from the studio. Matthew also runs another children’s music program from the studio named Kids’ Vibrations.
